Rev. J. Timothy Quainoo, M.T.S.
Rev. Joseph Timothy Quainoo is the Senior Pastor of Covenant Faith Church of God. He is married to the love of his life, Jillian Quainoo, and together they are raising their daughter, Naomi, and their son, Noah. Pastor Tim loves family, a passion that comes from his upbringing.
He holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and Africana Studies from the University of Rhode Island along with a Master’s in Theological Studies from Anderson University. While at the University of Rhode Island, he founded and was the campus pastor of Sankofa Christian Church.
Pastor Tim and His wife, Jillian Quainoo also served in New England as the lead pastors at Hill City Church in Providence, RI. Before assuming the senior leadership role, Pastor Tim served on staff at Living Water Church in IL for about 4 years. He was called upon to serve in many roles at the church including leading the 700 member congregation during a brief interim as lead pastor.
The Quainoo family believes that the best of what God will do in your life is yet to come! Like Abraham in Hebrews 11:10, they invite you to look forward with them to the city whose maker and builder is God.

Jillian Quainoo, RDN
Jillian is a registered dietitian, wholistic health coach, faith leader, and entreprenuer with a mission to equip African Americans with the skills to be healthy in all aspects of their lives.
She and her husband, Pastor Tim, are proud parents of Naomi and Noah. In her spare time, Jillian enjoys a good meal and quiet time with her family.
She received her B.S. from Bradley University and went on to Prairie View A&M University for her post graduate practicum, a requirement for dietitian licensure. She has spoken at national conferences, shared her knowledge through professional continuing educational workshops, led events at schools, and continually provides her knowledge on national faith platforms.
Jillian has over 400 hours of pastoral care and chaplaincy training from medical and mental health facilities in the Chicagoland area. She uses this experience to provide spiritual support to people of color as they learn how to care for their bodies and their souls.
She serves alongside her husband, Pastor Tim Quainoo, at Covenant Faith Church in Chicago, IL.
